This event is built for attorneys who want to take a deeper dive into crisis Medicaid planning and confidently bring this service into their legal practice. Whether you’re new to the space or expanding an established offering, this seminar goes beyond the basics with a strong focus on real-world application, interactive case studies, and step-by-step guidance.

Rather than a broad overview of strategies, we’ll focus on a targeted, in-depth exploration of Medicaid Compliant Annuities so you leave with actionable steps and the confidence to integrate crisis planning into your practice. If you’re ready to offer more value to clients facing long-term care needs, this event is for you.

Over three days, this seminar will deliver more than just an overview. You’ll take a deep dive into Medicaid eligibility, crisis planning, and how to effectively use Medicaid Compliant Annuities.
