Jim Wolverton, J.D., is the Legal Education Director at Krause Financial. Jim is responsible for creating, curating, and promoting educational content related to the estate planning and elder law industry.

Jim has several years of experience educating attorneys and helping them easily implement long-term care planning tools into their practice. Since the dynamic of the industry is constantly changing and the need for more long-term care planning professionals continues to grow, Jim is driven to use his knowledge and passion to educate others.

Jim is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA) as well as the Colorado, Utah, and Florida Bar Associations (inactive).
